"After a full year in our Walnut Ridge log home, we are very pleased.  The home has met our expectations and then some.  More expensive homes have been built in Kinzel Springs, but none as pretty as the one you built for us--and that's our neighbors talking! 

The energy efficiency has been fabulous.  Facing the house toward the south with shade trees, the log construction, the special roof design, high efficiency appliances, etc., have made for low utility bills.  Even though our house has about 3400 square feet of conditioned space that is kept at a comfortable temperature, the average electric bill has been $88 per month for this hot summer. 

We've yet to find anyone who comes close to matching it, including log homes from other manufacturers.
